Gulf-Tex Developments is a locally owned and operated company based in Tomball, TX. We proudly serve the greater Houston area along with Central Texas. We are OSHA 30 Hour certified and specialize in residential & commercial land clearing and site preparation projects. Gulf-Tex Developments is proud to say that working with customers on an individual basis to deliver site preparation activities for residential and commercial projects is a key goal.
